Artur Harutyunyan has about 20 years of experience in the accounting and consulting area, the private and public sectors, as well as in lecturing accounting in leading universities of Armenia.
Starting from 2002 he has been the Chairman of Education and Certification Committee Board Member of Association of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia (AAAA), and in 2014 was elected as Vice President of AAAA. He is a co-founder and a Board Member of Armenian Institute of Directors (since 2015) and also a member of the Small and Medium-Size Enterprise Development Council of the Republic of Armenia (since 2017).
He has been the core team member in the Steering Committee on Accounting and Audit Regulation Reforms in Armenia that has been launched by Prime Minister of Armenia in 2008.
Artur Harutyunyan was also involved in Official translation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and subsequent amendments of IFRSs’ into Armenian as IFRS Translation Review Committee Expert, Head of Review Committee Subgroup.
He has been the author of the new chart of accounts for the entities implementing IFRSs and the chart of accounts for SMEs’ implementing IFRS for SMEs’.
He was actively involved in the Accounting and Auditing reforms in Armenia as the Head of Accounting and Audit Methodology department in the Ministry of Finance and Economy of RA in 1998-2003. In this position he undertook development and drafting policy papers, Government Decrees regulating the reformation processes and schedules, Laws on Accounting and on Auditing subsequent reviews and amendments in the mentioned and other appropriate laws and regulations, development of Accounting Standards of the Republic of Armenia (ASRAs) based on IASs, new chart of accounts based on the ASRAs, new forms of financial statements based on ASRAs, organization of the pilot implementation of ASRAs, new chart of accounts and new forms of financial statements in several selected state-owned enterprises and monitoring of the results.
During these years Artur Harutyunyan was involved in process of accountants qualification (certification) commission (1998-2003). In this position main tasks included: development and setting policies and procedures for Accountants qualification, preparation of examination programs and questionnaires (Accounting standards, Financial analysis, RA tax legislation, Auditing and Business Law).
He was also actively involved in process of licensing of Auditing firms and Individual Auditors by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of RA as the Chairperson of the Licensing commission. Starting from 2006, Artur Harutyunyan holds the position of Managing Partner at AN Audit cjsc.
Nairi Adamyan has about 25 years of experience in accounting and consulting area. Staring from 2007 to 2019 he was elected and served as the Chairman of Revision Commission at Association of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia. Currently is a board member at the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia. He has an extensive experience in Energy, Mining, Retail and Production sectors through providing accounting and consulting services to the largest representatives of mentioned sectors in Armenia.
Nairi Adamyan holds Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit, and also has a qualification of certified auditor granted by Ministry of Finance of the RA and from the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia.
Nairi Adamyan brings with him a profound knowledge, understanding and empathy to accounting and consulting engagements. He is also very keen to promote and advance well-planned and efficient audit engagements. Nairi Adamyan’s transaction experience extends to a range of business advisory services, due diligence and financial reporting matters.
Artak Nahapetyan joined AN Audit in 2004 and since then accumulated significant experience in development, recovery and maintenance of accounting systems. He has profound knowledge in the metal processing, retail, catering, construction and education fields and has a in-depth understanding of management, financial and tax reporting issues.
Prior to joining AN Audit Artak worked for “Armenian Software” company as a consultant.
Artak provided lectures in “Practice accounting using accounting software” at French University of Armenia, International accountancy training center, International accountancy business center.
Artak Nahapetyan holds Master’s degree in economics graduating Yerevan State University in 2001 and also has a qualification of certified auditor granted by Ministry of Finance of the RA. Artak is also a full member of Association of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia (AAAA) and since May 2018 a member of AAAA Tax Committee.
Syuzanna Bilian joined accountant at tax and advisory services department of AN Audit CJSC since May 2012.
She studied macroeconomics at Department of National Economics, faculty of General Economics at Yerevan State University of Economics (Armenian State University of Economics).
Suzanna is specialized in accounting of manufacturing and exporting companies. She successfully implements accounting system development and installation projects in such industry sectors as IT, construction, agriculture etc.
Hakob Vardanyan joined AN Audit CJSC’s from 2017. He has vast experience in textile, agriculture, construction, retail and other sectors. Before joining AN Audit CJSC worked for onather Accounting firm as a manager. Before that, he gained experience in the banking system of Armenia.
In 2007 graduated from Armenian State University of Economics getting degree in economics.
Hakob’s expertise covers sectors such as textile, sewing, agriculture, construction, energy and NGO’s/charities.
Since 2022 Hakob has a membership and qualification of an Expert Accountant issued by the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia. Before he hold a certificate of qualified accountant issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia.
He is fluent in Russian and has sufficient working knowledge in English.
In October 2014 Hovsep formally became a team member of AN Audit's tax and advisory department, following a successful internship under the UNDP Youth Career Trail project.
In 2014 he graduated from the Armenian State University of Economics with the Bachelor's degree in Economics with specialization in business management.
In 2016 Hovsep graduated from the International Accountancy Training Centre, gaining his Master's degree in accounting and audit.
In 2021 he received a Certificate of the Chief Accountant of payment/settlement organization issued by the Central Bank of the RA.
In 2022 Hovsep received qualification of an Expert Accountant from the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia.
Hovsep’s expertise covers sectors such as IT, construction, consulting, financial and ventures and NGOs. He has sufficient working knowledge in English and Russian.
Armine has joined "AN Audit" CJSC in March 2021 as a senior auditor. Before joining AN Audit CJSC, she had gained considerable professional experience (more than 5 years) in both Armenian and Big4 auditing companies. Armine was involved in the audit projects of the largest financial and industrial organizations.
In 2016, she graduated from the Faculty of Management of Armenian State University of Economics with honors. Armine also holds a Master's degree in Business Economics and Management from the same university.
She has been an ACCA student since 2019 and in 2023 she was awarded the Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business by ACCA. In the same year, Armine received a Certificate of a Qualified Auditor from the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia and become an member of the Chamber.
Lilit joined "AN Audit" CJSC;s team in May 2024 as an Audit Manager. Before that, she gained considerable professional experience of more than 12 years in a Big4 audit company. During those years Lilit was involved in the audit engagements of the largest financial and industrial organisations while working in Yerevan, Moscow, New York and Prague offices of the company.
In 2010 she graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management of Yerevan State University with Honours. Lilit also holds a Master's degree in Business Management from the same university (was awarded with a Diploma with Honour).
In 2024 Lilit received a Certificate of a Qualified Auditor from the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia. Lilit is currently an ACCA student.
Shushan Baghdasaryan joined the Nexia Armenia CJSC team in August 2020 as an accountant, providing accounting services to organizations in the financial and investment sectors. Since 2024, she has held the position of manager in the same department.
Before joining Nexia Armenia CJSC, Shushan worked in the Finance and Operations Department of Ameriabank CJSC.
In 2015, she entered the Faculty of Finance of the Armenian State University of Economics and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. She then continued her studies at the Master's degree in Banking Organization at the same university, receiving a Master's degree in 2021.
In 2024, Shushan successfully completed the exams of the qualification program of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia, received the qualification of an expert accountant and became a member of the Chamber.
Melania Bichakhchyan joined the Nexia Armenia team in December 2024 as an HR Specialist/Administrative Assistant.
Before joining Nexia Armenia, she gained professional experience at the Simonyan Educational Foundation.
In 2020, she entered the Faculty of Management of the Armenian State University of Economics, graduating in 2024 with a bachelor's degree.
Harutyun Mayilyan has been working for AN Audit CJSC since March of 2020 as an accountant in the Accounting and Tax Services department. Before joining ՛՛AN Audit՛՛ CJSC, he gained about three years of professional experience worked for accounting and construction companies in the roles of an accountant and a procurement coordinator.
In 2018 he graduated from the Armenian National Agrarian University geting bacahlar's degree in accounting. In 2020 he completed his master's degree in accounting and audit in the same university.
Harutyun always strives to deepen and improve his professional skills and knowledge. He has been participating in the qualification program of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert-Accountants of Armenia since 2019, and has successfully passed the Financial Accounting, Financial Information for Management, Business Law of the RA, Tax Legislation of the RA and Financial Management exams.
Aneta Sarkhoshyan has been doing an internship at “AN Audit” CJSC since May 2019, and a month later she was hired as an assistant accountant in the accounting services department of the same company.
In 2015, Aneta entered the Faculty of Economics and Management of Yerevan State University and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Economics degree. In 2021, Aneta received a Master’s degree from the same university with a specialization in Accounting and Auditing.
Since 2022, she has been a participant in the qualification program of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia and has successfully passed the exams in the subjects “Fundamentals of Law”, “Tax Legislation of the Republic of Armenia”, “Fundamentals of Financial Accounting”.
Shakro completed an internship at Nexia Armenia CJSC in November 2021, and in February 2022 joined the company's audit department team as an auditor assistant, and has held the position of senior auditor since 2025.
In 2018, he entered the Accounting and Auditing Department of the Armenian State University of Economics and graduated in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in "Accounting and Taxation".
Since 2022, he has been a participant in the qualification program of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia and has successfully passed the exams in the subjects "Fundamentals of Financial Accounting", "Financial Information for Management", "Fundamentals of Law", "Tax Legislation of the Republic of Armenia" and "Preparation of Financial Statements".
Arevik Hakobyan joined the Nexia Armenia team in March 2022 as an auditor assistant, and has held the position of senior auditor since 2025.
Prior to joining Nexia Armenia, she worked as an accountant at Arev Construction CJSC since 2018.
In 2020, she graduated with honors from the Accounting and Taxation Department of the Armenian State University of Economics, receiving an economist's qualification, and in 2022, she received a master's degree in the same specialization.
She is currently a participant in the qualification program of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia and has successfully passed the exams in the subjects "Fundamentals of Financial Accounting", "Financial Information for Management", "Preparation of Financial Statements", "Financial Management" and "Tax Legislation of the Republic of Armenia".
Gayane Apinyan has 24 years of experience in auditing and related fields. Since July 2021, she has joined the Nexia Armenia CJSC team as an auditor.
Prior to joining Nexia Armenia, she gained professional experience at "Kotq Audit" and "Hay Audit".
Gayane also participated in the implementation of internal audit and special processes, ensuring the implementation of functions in accordance with high auditing standards.
Elena Zhamkochyan joined the Nexia Armenia team in May 2023 as an accountant-assistant. Prior to that, she worked at A-C-S-S LLC as an accountant since 2021.
In 2023, she graduated with honors from the Department of "Accounting and Taxation" of the Armenian State University of Economics, receiving an economist's qualification. In 2025, she received a Master's degree in Auditing from the same university.
Since 2024, she has been a participant in the qualification program of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia and has successfully passed the exams in the subjects "Fundamentals of Law" and "Tax Legislation of the Republic of Armenia".
Ani Mkrtchyan embarked on her professional journey at "AN Audit" in September 2022, gaining valuable work experience. Within a month, she transitioned to the Accounting and Taxation Department within the same company, assuming the role of an accountant-assistant.
In 2022, Ani Mkrtchyan accomplished a significant academic milestone, completing her studies at the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics at the Armenian State UNiversity of Economics, earning a bachelor's degree with honor.
Hovhannes Ghulijanyan completed an internship at Nexia Armenia in November-December 2022, and since January 2023, he has joined the company's team in the department providing accounting services to organizations in the financial and investment sectors.
Before joining Nexia Armenia, he gained professional experience in the finance department of Asedl LLC.
In 2020, he entered the Faculty of Finance of the Armenian State University of Economics, graduating in 2024 with a bachelor's degree. He is currently continuing his studies at the master's degree program at the same university, specializing in "Securities Market Analysis and Management".
Since 2023, he has been participating in the qualification programs of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia and successfully passed the exam in the subject "Preparation of Financial Statements".
Karo Sargsyan completed an internship at "AN Audit'' CJSC and, a month later, secured a permanent job at the Accounting and Tax Services Department as an accountant-assistant.
From 2016 to 2019, he studied accounting at Yerevan State Regional College N2. Currently, he is pursuing further studies at the Faculty of Finance of the Armenian State University of Economics. In 2021, Karo also completed a three-month accounting training at the International Accountancy Training Centre.
From 2019 to 2021, he served in the armed forces of RA.
Karo has been participating in the qualification program of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia since 2023 and has successfully passed the "Financial Information for Management" exam.

Marine Sahradyan joined the Nexia Armenia CJSC team in May 2023 as an accountant in the department providing accounting services to organizations in the financial and investment sectors.
Before joining Nexia Armenia, she worked as an accountant in the Calculation Automation Department of Ardshinbank CJSC, then in the Accounting Department of the National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet SNCO as a payroll accountant, and later in AMH Audit CJSC as a senior accountant.
In 1992, she entered the Faculty of International Economic Relations of the Armenian State University of Economics, graduating in 1997 with a degree in economics.
In 2012, she received the Audit and Chief Accountant Qualification Certificate of the Central Bank, and in 2021, the Public Sector Chief Accountant Qualification Certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance.
In 2025 Successfully passed the qualification exams of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia in the subjects "Fundamentals of Accounting" and "Tax Legislation".
Greta joined the Nexia Armenia team in April 2023 as an auditor assistant.
In 2020-2024, she studied at the Armenian State University of Economics for a bachelor's degree in Finance, and is currently participating in the master's program in Audit at the same university.
In 2020-2022, she gained experience in various areas of the banking sector.
Greta successfully passed the qualification exams organized by the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia in the subjects of "Financial Accounting", "Management Accounting", "Tax Legislation of the Republic of Armenia" and "Preparation of Financial Statements".
Mariam Simonyan joined the Nexia Armenia CJSC team in April 2022 as an accountant. Prior to that, she had about seven years of professional experience working in various organizations in Armenia and Russia.
Mariam graduated from the Russian State University of Tourism and Service in Moscow in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
Since 2022, she has been a participant in the qualification program of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia and has successfully passed the exams in the subjects "Tax Legislation of the Republic of Armenia", "Financial Information for Management" and "Fundamentals of Law".
Artyom Sargsyan has completed internship at “Nexia Armenia” CJSC and then in March 2024 secured a permanent job in the Audit Department as an Audit assistant.
From 2021 to 2023, he served in the armed forces of RA.
From 2017 to 2021, he studied at Armenian National Polytechnic University and was awarded with qualification of Technician of Maintaining and Servicing of Communication Networks and Systems. Currently Artyom is studying in the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing of Armenian State University of Economics.
In 2024, Artyom also completed a five-month Accounting training at the BAC Accountancy Training Centre. Artyom is currently participating in the qualification program of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia.
Mane joined the Nexia Armenia team in September 2024 as an assistant accountant.
From 2020 to 2024, he studied at the Armenian State University of Economics, majoring in Finance, and is currently enrolled in the Master's program in Banking at the same university.
In 2024, he gained experience in various areas of the banking sector, working at Unibank OJSC.
Arsen joined the Nexia Armenia team in November 2024 as an Assistant accountant.
From 2017 to 2019, he served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2015, Arsen entered the Faculty of Informatics and Software Engineering of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, where he received a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering in 2021.
Hayk joined the Nexia Armenia team in June 2024 as an Assistant Accountant.
From 2016 to 2022, he studied at the National Agrarian University of Armenia, majoring in Accounting and Taxation.

Lilit Zakaryan joined the Nexia Armenia team in January 2025 as an assistant accountant in the accounting services department for financial organizations.
In 2021, she entered the Finance Department of the Armenian State University of Economics and is currently studying for a bachelor's degree, continuing to develop her professional knowledge in the field of finance and accounting.
